YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio --

The warm summer months which bring several patriotic holidays are quickly approaching. Youngstown Air Reserve Station has a very active speaker’s bureau including members from the Air Force Reserve, Navy Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve. Our volunteer speakers give dozens of speeches all over the community each year. We commonly present at school assemblies and career days, community events, patriotic celebrations and ceremonies such as Memorial Day remembrances, nursing homes, veterans’ groups and for various other civic groups and organizations.

Our most popular request is for our 910th Airlift Wing mission briefing which reviews the history, structure, mission and status of our unit. This is ideal for groups that want an inside perspective on their hometown military unit. We can present for groups of virtually any size, age and demographic.

If you would like to request a speaker for your event, you can visit our speaker request home page at http://www.youngstown.afrc.af.mil/Requests/SpeakerRequests.aspx. You will find a form available for download at that address. Just fill it out and follow the included instructions to return it to the 910th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office.
