910th Airlift Wing Commander Col. Dan Sarachene and Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Capt. Eric Sheppard, OSHP Warren District commander, unveil C-130 nose art featuring the OSHP Flying Wheel logo here, Dec. 13, 2017. The nose art was selected and installed by Master Sgt. Rachel Fidram, a C-130 crew chief with the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron here, to honor her brother and father, both of whom have served with the OSHP. The nose art further signifies the partnership between Youngstown Air Reserve Station with state and local law enforcement agencies. (U.S. Air Force photo/Eric White)
