YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – A propeller heating system is attached to the engines of an Air Force Reserve 910th Airlift Wing C-130H Hercules aircraft while it sits on the flightline here prior to an airdrop training mission, March 8, 2015. The heating system, operated and maintained by a joint effort of the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and the 910th Maintenance Squadron, are used to de-ice the aircraft’s propeller assemblies prior to operations in freezing weather conditions.
