YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio --
The Air Force Reserve's 910th Airlift Wing hosted more than 160 members of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce during an after-work mixer here, May 5. Event attendees had the opportunity to view displays from several units across the air station including Security Forces, Public Affairs, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircrew Flight Equipment, Civil Engineer Fire Department, Communications Flight, Avionics Flight, Force Support Squadron, Aerial Spray Flight and many more. Event attendees also could walk and climb through a C-130H Hercules tactical cargo transport aircraft and several other vehicles based here as well as sample food and beverages from the air station's Eagle's Nest Catering. YARS Servicemembers were on hand to answer the questions of the chamber members and talk about the variety of military specialties featured at the mixer. The purpose of the event was to build advocacy for the units based here by showcasing their mission capabilities to civic and business leaders in the Mahoning Valley as well as Northeast Ohio .
