YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio — Mr. Fred Kubli Jr., treasurer of the Youngstown Air Reserve Station Base-Community Council, has worked closely with Master Sgt. Bryan Ripple, superintendent of the Public Affairs office, since March 1995 to enhance community relations for the wing and promote morale within the unit. Mr. Kubli began his affiliation with the 910th Airlift Wing in the early 1980's as an original member of the Base-Community Council. In this photo, Mr. Kubli and Sergeant Ripple worked at the 910th Airlift Wing hospitality tent at Youngstown State University's home opener football game Sept. 8, 2007 at Stambaugh Stadium.
