Civic Leaders travel to JB Charleston
Civic leaders from Youngstown Air Reserve Station listen to a tour given on Oct. 18, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Attendees of the tour were given an up-close look at the flaps of a C-17 Globemaster III which are used by pilots during landing. YARS civic leaders were also given the opportunity to fly to and from JB Charleston in a C-130H Hercules assigned to the 757th Airlift Squadron to partake in a two-day civic leader tour of the base.
