The 910th Civil Engineer Squadron fire department demonstrates the water cannon on one of the crash trucks for a group of photographers participating in Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk on Oct. 1, 2016 here. Seven photographers from eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania participated in the walk at YARS. The group spent time on station photographing fire department trucks, equipment and personnel. They ended their visit with lunch at the Community Activity Center. In partnership with the American Red Cross Lake to River Chapter, Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS) hosted the second annual Feel the Heat event here, Oct. 22, 2015. The purpose of Feel the heat is to exercise and demonstrate the collaborative response capabilities of the Red Cross and 910th Airlift Wing.
