Newest Wing member sworn in as Pilot for a Day

Twelve-year-old Ethan was sworn in as an honorary second lieutenant as he became the 910th Airlift Wing’s 62nd Pilot for a Day, receiving a day of military experiences and mementos. Ethan was selected for the program by Akron Children’s Hospital in Boardman where he is treated for Bartter Syndrome, a rare kidney disease he has had since birth.
