C-130H Hercules Flyover/Display Requests

C-130H Hercules Flyover Requests

The 910th Airlift Wing does not directly handle flyover/static display requests. All requests must be channeled through the Air Force request process before we can review a request to see if our schedule will allow participation. Please make requests 90 to 120 days prior to scheduled event date to allow for coordination.

For information on how to request an Air Force flyover or static display, visit the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events page at www.airshows.pa.hq.af.mil.

Once at the request site, click “print instructions.” Read through the entire instruction sheet, and follow each step carefully, using the online system to initiate your request. Once approvals are granted by the FAA FSDO office nearest the event and Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs, you may contact the 910th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office at 330-609-1236 for further coordination.
