The 910th Airlift Wing has an all-volunteer Base Honor Guard that performs hundreds of military funeral honors and Color Guard details annually, and is available to provide a Color Guard to post or present the colors at the beginning of ceremonial events.
Please submit requests at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event to allow time for commander’s approval and internal coordination of your request.
To request a colors presentation for your event, please fill out the request form below and email it to the Public Affairs office at firstname.lastname@example.org. After submitting your DD From 2536, please contact our office at 330-609-1236, to confirm receipt of your request.
The event coordinator should expect to be contacted upon receipt of the request, and also two weeks prior to the event for notification of confirmation of color guard, or if we are unable to fulfil your request.
Note: In block 1, please include the time you are requesting the Color Guard to perform, as opposed to the time the event will begin in block 3.

Requests for military funeral honors must be submitted by the funeral home director to the regional honor guard office for the deceased's branch of service. If the deceased was a member of the 910th Airlift Wing, please also contact the public affairs office to pass on the information to the Base Honor Guard at email@example.com.
