YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio—Shelly Trimble, base Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and Behavioral Health Support Coordinator, instructs members of the 910th Airlift Wing at a Bystander Intervention Training course. The training is an Air Force mandated skill-building program designed to prevent sexual assault. All military members and civilians who supervise military members are required to take the course. Trimble has been conducting the course for several weeks to ensure all 910th members receive the training.

The class, which was requested by members of the Key Spouse Program, included instruction in situational awareness, characteristics of attackers and sexual predators as well as basic self-defense techniques. The Key Spouse Program is a support network for spouses of reservists intended to help Airman and Family Readiness and take care of military families.

The purpose of the form is to aid Citizen Airmen to work with their civilian dentists to maintain good dental health between visits to the 910th MDS military dentists. The troop was at Youngstown Air Reserve Station for a base tour which included a walkthrough of our fire department and a C-130 Hercules aircraft.
