New Commander of 910th Airlift Wing Published Nov. 21, 2012 910AW/PA YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Maj. Gen. Wallace W. Farris Jr., commander of 22nd Air Force, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., has relieved Col. Reinhard L. Schmidt of command of the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Brig. Gen. Brian E. Dominguez has assumed command of the wing until a permanent commander has been identified. Schmidt was reassigned as special assistant to the commander of 22nd Air Force. The numbered air force manages Air Force Reserve Command's C-130 airlift units.
