YARS hosts Alliance Ulster Project Published July 16, 2012 By Staff Sgt. Megan Tomkins 910AW/PA YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Youngstown Air Reserve Station hosted 40 members of the Alliance Area Ulster Project, which included approximately 15 Irish students, during a base tour here, July 13, 2012. During the tour, students visited a C-130, propulsion shop, base fire department and the 76th Aerial Port Squadron. According to the website, the Ulster Project is dedicated to promoting a peaceful parity of esteem between Roman Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland by building tolerance, trust and ongoing positive relationships among potential leaders from these Christian traditions.
