NILES, Ohio--The 910th Airlift Wing color guard presents the colors during the singing of the National Anthem while a YARS C-130H Hercules aircraft performs a low-level flyover at the Mahoning Valley Scrappers’ home opener Wednesday, June 20, 2012. To celebrate the home opener and in honor of the Scrappers’ military appreciation night, Col. Reinhard Schmidt, commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, threw out the first pitch. Air Force recruiters from YARS set up a display table on the concourse and made their presence known by parading Airman Andy, a large inflatable mascot, through the stands to greet fans.
