910th Airlift Wing holds 2012 civic leader tour Published June 6, 2012 By Staff Sgt. Megan Tomkins 910 AW/PA YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- -- Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS) conducted a civic leader tour for distinguished members of the community here, and at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., June 22-23, 2012. The civic leaders toured YARS key areas of interest, such as the fire training pit, aerial spray and the Naval-Marine Center. At Dobbins, they experienced the C-130 flight simulator, Air Traffic Control Tower and a tour of Lockheed Martin facilities. The civic leader tour program is part of the 910th Airlift Wing's community relations initiative and is made possible by funding from the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council.
