New YARS commander: Just the facts

BACKGROUND:
Col. Reinhard L. Schmidt joins Youngstown Air Reserve Station
from Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force
Base, Ga., where he was the director of Installations and Mission
Support. Schmidt is a master navigator with more than 4,000 flying
hours. He is the recipient of the Major General Tom E. Marchbanks
Jr. Award for heroism and is a member of the Reserve Officers
Association and Airlift Tanker Association-VP Robins Chapter.
