YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION,Ohio --  Maj. Gen. Wallace W. Farris Jr. passes the 910th Airlift Wing guidon to Col. Reinhard Schmidt at a change of command ceremony held here, Nov. 5, 2011. Col. Schmidt, whose last assignment was at Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., succeeds outgoing commander, Col. Stephen J. "Fritz" Linsenmeyer Jr.
