910th welcomes new commander

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Maj. Gen. Wallace T. Ferris Jr. passes the 910th Airlift Wing guidon to Col. Reinhardt Schmidt at a change of command ceremony held here, Nov. 5, 2011. Col.
