If you had an APPROVED TA in the system prior to 1 Oct 13, the AF will honor the request, unless you dropped the course. HOWEVER, if you paid for the course using another funding source, you are responsible for returning/collecting alternate funding source before the institution invoices AF for payment. 2. If you had a PENDING APPROVAL TA in the system prior to 1 Oct 13, the AF will honor the request, unless you dropped the course. HOWEVER, if you paid for the course using another funding source, you are responsible for returning/collecting alternate funding source before the institution invoices AF for payment. In either of the above cases, Airman must submit proof that funding was reimbursed/refunded prior to the AF paying TA. Proof includes but is not limited to a receipt dated on or after 17 Oct showing the amount refunded and a balance on your record. Send proof to afaems.support@pentagon.af.mil If you had an approved or pending TA request and it was deleted because the school dropped your enrollment but you stayed in the class, you may apply for "Late" TA, following guidance within AFI 36-2306.
