Ceremony welcomes new 910AW commander

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – A change of command ceremony March 2, 2013 here, marked the change of command of the 910th Airlift Wing from U.S. Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen.
