Patrick Slattery, vice commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, serves as commander of troops during a change of command ceremony March 2, 2013 here. The ceremony marked the change of command from Brig. Gen. Brian Dominguez to Col. James D. Dignan. Dignan comes to the 910th AW from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., where he served as commander of the 447th Operations Group.
