Change of command at 910th Communications Squadron

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – Col. Teresa Hams, 910th Mission Support Group commander, presents Maj. Richard Basting, former 910th Communications Squadron commander, a shadow box as a token of appreciation for his hard work and distinguished career during a change of command ceremony, January 12. Lt. Col. Peter Milkovich took command of the 910th Communications Squadron from Basting, who is scheduled to retire in March of this year.
