910th escorts boss lift to Wright-Patt
YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio—Senior Airman Andrew Mitchell, a loadmaster with the 757th Airlift Squadron here, gives a preflight briefing to a group of civilians on board a Youngstown C-130H Hercules aircraft, Tuesday, August 28. The flight was part of an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) funded Boss Lift from Youngstown Air Reserve Station to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, both in Ohio. ESGR Boss Lifts are intended to provide employers the opportunity to experience and observe the work and mission of Guard and Reserve forces, building advocacy for Reservists and Guardsmen who deploy or require time away from civilian jobs for military duty. Employers are transported, via military aircraft or watercraft, to military facilities where they observe Guard and Reserve members on duty. U.S. Air Force photo by Mr. Eric M. White
