Air Force warlord, cow farmer prepares for ORI, Canfield Fair

FOWLER, Ohio —U.S. Air Force Reserve Lt. Col. Thomas “Bart” Elsea demonstrates how he walks his jersey cow, a young heifer, in the show ring Aug. 16 at his home here.
