Elsea, warlord for the upcoming Operational Readiness Inspection and director of operations for the 910th Operations Support Squadron at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, owns award-winning cows located at four farms and will bring several of them to compete at the 2012 Canfield Fair in Canfield Aug. 29 to Sept. 3.
