AF Reserve FY 13 job changes plan affect 130 YARS positions
YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- A model of a C-130 Hercules aircraft assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, based here, is on display in front of a stone wall emblazoned with the wing shield just outside the YARS main gate. Proposed Air Force Reserve manning changes, released on March 6, 2012, mean the loss of 97 part-time drilling Reservist positions and the loss of 33 full-time Air Reserve Technician/civilian positions at the only Air Force installation in Northeast Ohio.
