Youngstown Air Reserve Station firefighters apply an Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) to an overturned fuel tanker truck on the ramp from Interstate 680 South to the state Route 711 connector Tuesday, Feb. 14. Eight YARS firefighter responded to a call for assistance under a mutual aid agreement, bringing a HazMat vehicle and crash response truck.
