YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Oh—Air Force Reserve Senior Airman Steven E. Russell, a Personnel Apprentice with the 910th Force Support Squadron shows Airman Stephanie A. Air Force Reserve Personnel Specialists supervise and perform several activities and functions, including personnel action requests and support commander directed tasks. In addition, they perform enlisted and officer classification, advise airmen on career progression and update military personnel data system records.
