910 MDS helps Citizen Airmen maintain dental health
YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Air Force Reserve Tech. Sgt. Natalie Maldonado, a dental technician with the 910th Medical Squadron files DD Form 2813s, the civilian dental examination form, in the dental records of military members assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, based here, September 12, 2011. The purpose of the form is to aid Citizen Airmen to work with their civilian dentists to maintain good dental health between visits to the 910th MDS military dentists.
