NAVAL AIR STATION NORTH ISLAND, Calif. -- Maintenance crews from the 910th Airlift Wing, based at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, are prepping wing aircraft to participate in a multi-agency oil spill exercise in San Diego, May 11-12, 2011.
