YARS breaks ground for new club

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- U.S. Air Force Reserve Col. Teresa Hams, the 910th Mission Support Group Commander, Jerry Cardinal, the Director of Services for Air Force Reserve Command Headquarters, Nancy Rubino, the 910th Services Director, and Staff Sgt.
