KILN, Miss. -- U.S. Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Samuel Miner, a crew chief with the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, inspects the C-130's top strobe light for moisture build up caused by high humidity in Southern Mississippi. The strobe light is lit continuously when the C-130 is in flight giving it more visibility.
