910th aircraft and crew delivers food and water for Haiti relief effort
SAN ISIDIRO AIR BASE, Dominican Republic -- The tail of a C-130H Hercules cargo aircraft, assigned to the U.S. Air Force Reserve's 910th Airlift Wing can be seen on the tarmac of the tarmac of San Isidiro Air Base, Dominican Republic, January 21. The aircraft, based at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, just delivered the cargo, weighing 18,400 pounds, to the air base, located just outside of the Dominican capital of Santo Domingo, where it will be trucked across the island to Port-au Prince, Haiti as part of the massive international effort to provide relief to the people of the Caribbean island nation in the aftermath of a devastating January 12 earthquake.
