Crew de-ices C-130 in Ramstein

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- A ground crew member, deployed here in support of Operation Joint Enterprise, uses a vehicle known as a "Huffer" to de-ice a C-130 Hercules aircraft on the flightline here, Oct. 19, 2009.
