Retiring with honor
YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Col. Timothy J. Thomson, commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, speaks to local news media representatives July 14 after landing from his final C-130 flight. Col. Thomson retires July 15 after 34 years of service with the Air Force and Air Force Reserve. He assumed command of the 910th Airlift Wing June 20, 2004 and will relinquish his command of the 910th to Col. Karl McGregor during a change of command ceremony July 15. Col.
