Thunderbirds crew chief performs inspections following Hometown Hero flight
YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Tech. Sgt. Matthew Inman, a crew chief for the U.S. Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Squadron's No. 8 jet, performs inspections after the Hometown Hero flight here, Aug. 7, 2009. The Thunderbirds Hometown Hero flight program is designed to highlight local community members who have given of themselves to better their communities. Jimmy Sutman, founder of a business that serves mentally and physically disabled adults of the Mahoning Valley, was selected as a hometown hero by the Thunderbirds, because of his personal and professional commitment to his clients and the community.
