910th Reservist helps resolve communication glitch at Aviano AB

AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- U.S. Air Force Reservist Tech. Sgt. Larry Mulder, a communications computer operator assigned to the 910th Communications Flight, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, guides Staff Sgt. Rachel Reynolds, a communications computer operator assigned to the 31st Communications Squadron Configuration Management Team here, through a Blackberry encryption mismatch that caused a base wide Blackberry outage July 15, 2009.
