YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio—Employees like Mr. Bill Baxter, a warehouse specialist with East Inc., provide critical Base Operating Support functions to the 910th Airlift Wing such as managing the base supply system. Mr. Baxter, a resident of Howland, Ohio retired from the Air Force Reserve here in 1993 with 21 years of total military service. He also served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War from 1970-1973 while assigned to the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Forrestal. Mr. Baxter also retired here as an employee of the federal government in 2000 after 26 years of service. U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Bryan Ripple.
