YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio--Air Force Reserve Senior Master Sgt. William A. Rooks Jr., chief of Aerial Spray Maintenance at the time, is greeted by his wife Korene after his last aerial spray mission May 28, 2004. Sergeant Rooks is known as the pioneer of aerial spray maintenance, transferring to Youngstown Air Reserve Station from Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in Columbus, Ohio with the spray mission in 1991.
