YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio--Air Force Reserve Senior Master Sgt. William A. Rooks Jr., chief of Aerial Spray Maintenance at the time, is greeted by his wife Korene after his last aerial spray mission May 28, 2004.
