THE GULF OF MEXICO – Brightly colored water sprays from the booms of an aerial spray modified C-130H during a oil dispersant exercise six miles off the shores of Galveston, Texas, Nov. 8, 2006. The exercise, which was developed by the Texas General Land Office, included both military and civilian aerial spray aircraft.
