BOARDMAN, Ohio — Staff Sgt. Julia Felts, a Reservist with the 910th Security Forces Squadron, volunteers February 5, 2009 to speak with approxinately 40 students representing 14 local high schools as part of Akron Children's Hospital of the Mahoning Valley's Teen Outreach Program.
