Air Force Reserve C-130s Aerial Spray Southern Louisiana
BATON ROUGE, La—- An Air Force Reserve C-130 assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing Youngstown, Ohio aerial spray LaFourche Parish September 21 in Southern Louisiana as part of disaster relief efforts to help area residents. C-130s are required to fly at only 150 feet above ground to effectively eradicate mosquito infestations eliminating the potential for the spread of West Nile Virus and Encephalitis.
