Service members visit Warren daycare to highlight military careers

Petty Officer 3rd Class Craig Wingate, a Sailor from Navy Operational Support Center Youngstown, a tenant unit of Youngstown Air Reserve Station, instructs students at Kidz by the Riverside daycare in Warren, Ohio on how to render a proper salute June 26, 2014. Students at the daycare’s summer program crafted cards, goodie bags and posters to present to public service personnel after learning about various service professions. To receive the gifts and answer questions about their careers, the daycare invited three Airmen, a sailor and a Marine from Youngstown Air Reserve Station, along with two soldiers from Warren’s Army Recruiting Center, a local firefighter and a detective from the Trumbull County Sheriff’s office.
