Warren mayor visits 910th, YARS

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – After a walkthrough of the YARS lodging facilities, the mayor’s tour continued on to the 910th Airlift Wing’s 76th Aerial Port Squadron. Air Force Reserve Master Sgt. Christine Feliciano (right), an aerial delivery maintainer assigned to 76th APS, talks with Mayor Doug Franklin (left), of the nearby City of Warren, in the APS hangar here about the unit’s role in preparing parachute-delivered cargo pallets for the 910th Airlift Wing’s mission to “Deliver, Deploy, Defend,” March 7, 2014. The mayor visited YARS to learn more about the wing’s capabilities and the installation’s features firsthand as well as meet some of the Citizen Airmen assigned here.
