New mayor of Youngstown visits 910th, YARS

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – Air Force Reserve Col. James Dignan (right), commander of the 910th Airlift Wing; Mayor John McNally (center), of the nearby City of Youngstown; and Judge Robert Milich (left), the presiding judge of Youngstown’s Veteran’s Treatment Court, stand in front of the Eagle’s Nest Lodge during the mayor’s installation visit here, Jan. 17, 2014. Judge Milich, who is also secretary of the Youngstown Air Reserve Base-Community Council and a retired Air Force Reserve 910th-assigned lieutenant colonel, contacted the unit to see if the mayor could visit YARS to learn more about the wing’s mission and the installation’s features firsthand as well as meet some of the Citizen Airmen assigned here.
