Youngstown Air Reserve Station firefighters train on the hose system of a high pressure rapid intervention vehicle at a Pennsylvania refinery, Sept. 10, 2013. The vehicle, which is the newest in the YARS firefighting fleet, is designed for rapid response offering agility and speed compared to larger vehicles.
