910th Airmen use shutdown for teambuilding, fitness
CLEVELAND, Ohio--910th Airlift Wing Airmen and family members pose with their medals after running a 3.5 mile race at the inaugural Rock 'n' Roll Cleveland Half Marathon, Sunday, Oct. 6. The Service members were scheduled for a Unit Training Assembly (UTA) the weekend of Oct. 5-6, until the partial government shutdown began, forcing a UTA reschedule. The Airmen decided to use the time in a positive, morale boosting way, while promoting Fit to Fight, the Air Force physical fitness test. The event attracted thousands of runners for the mini marathon and half marathon.
