910th CS supports spray ops
Air Force Reserve Tech. Sgt. Donald Adkins, a Radio Frequency Transmission Technician assigned to the 910th Communications Squadron (CS), completes a radio check with the aircrew of a C-130 Hercules aircraft performing an aerial spray sortie over nearby Saylor Creek Bombing Range here, Sept. 16, 2014. A five-person 910th CS team is supporting to the two-week mission through a wide variety of technologies designed to keep all of the 910th’s Citizen Airmen in touch with each other and their home base of Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio while performing their duty in Idaho. The 910th Airlift Wing, based at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, is home to the Department of Defense’s only large-area, fixed-wing aerial spray capability. U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
