910th CS supports spray ops
Air Force Reserve Senior Airman Shannon Doherty, a Cyber Systems Operator assigned to the 910th Communications Squadron (CS), adjusts the settings on a radio system while Tech. Sgt. Donald Adkins, 910th CS Radio Frequency Transmission Technician, instructs her in their work center here, Sept. 16, 2014. A five-person 910th CS team is supporting a two-week aerial spray mission through a wide variety of technologies designed to keep all of the 910th’s Citizen Airmen in touch with each other and their home base of Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio while performing their duty in Idaho. The 910th Airlift Wing, based at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, is home to the Department of Defense’s only large-area, fixed-wing aerial spray capability. U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
