U.S. Air Force Reserve Technical Sgt. Charles Runnion, an Aircrew Flight Equipment Craftsman with the 910th Operations Support Squadron, explains how to inflate a flotation device to Pilot for a Day and honorary 2nd Lieutenant Javionte Allen here, Sept. 10, 2014. Javionte came to the Youngstown Air Reserve Station where he was sworn in as the 59th Pilot for a Day and an honorary 2nd Lieutenant. His day included a base tour, high-speed taxi down the flight strip in a C-130H Hercules aircraft, a tour of the base fire department that included the chance to control a crash response truck water cannon and a Marine Corps Humvee shuttle, provided by the Marine Corps Reserve center here.
